Gluten Free Paleo Cake with Chocolate Frosting


1 cup almond flour

½ cup coconut flour

¼ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon baking soda

6 eggs

1 cup coconut oil (melted)

1 cup maple syrup

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

¼ cup almond/coconut milk (unsweetened)


Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl whisk together all wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and mix well. Pour batter into greased pans and bake for 20-25 minutes.


8 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate (melted)

1/4 cup coconut oil (softened)

2/3 cup maple syrup

1 cup almond butter

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk

Combine all ingredients using hand or stand mixer and beat until fully combined. If it is not the right consistency you can refrigerate it for an hour to thicken it up.
