Gluten Free Chewy Chocolate Chip Bars
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose gluten free flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
In medium bowl, stir together melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and egg until well combined.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Stir to combine.
Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
